This review is to address the poor customer service  from the live seafood department, specifically speaking of the korean man in charged of that area. His face appears in the weekly deals for this market. It's hard to miss who he is. The market should note that he's rude and stubborn, does not want to listen to customers requests when other korean markets do. We go to this market for the sales, not for his customer service that's not personable at all. When asked for live crab initially, a worker was helping us; that worker brought a nested box to drain the extra water, like other markets do. But when the korean manager saw that, he decided to take over and do it his way. We asked if he could do it the way it was originally going to be done but he said he couldn't sell it then. He just grabbed a bag and dumped the live crab in it. Doing it this way, the extra water goes in the bag and makes the bag heavier, making it more expensive for nothing. What upset me more is that we had asked to do it the way the other worker was trying to do. If the market is reading this review, please take note of his attitude and try to correct it.
