I feel truly blessed to have this be my neighborhood market. I have learned to make many Korean dishes- Samgyetang, Bibimbap, Bossam, Soondoobu, Bulgogi, etc.- and learned a lot about Korean culture. I also shop here to make great western dishes- especially with such fresh seafood like calimari and live dungeness crab- and Japanese dishes like Teriyaki, Yakitori and Tempura. The tuna demonstrations on Saturday afternoons at 2 are amazing, and how lucky to be able to buy some to take home.
